Project Manager (Junior/Middle)

We’re looking for a Project Manager (Junior/Middle) to support both client and internal projects. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and structure status updates from project teams
• Monitor and track delivery metrics, timelines, and blockers
• Facilitate communication between development, design, and business stakeholders
• Support project planning, task prioritization, and reporting
• Drive and coordinate internal R&D initiatives
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or in a similar role in IT
• Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile principles
• Experience in tracking progress, preparing status reports, and monitoring key delivery metrics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
• English - Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with R&D or innovation-driven projects
• Basic understanding of data science, AI, or software engineering processes
• Familiarity with Notion, Confluence, or other documentation tools
