About the Position

We’re looking for a Project Manager (Junior/Middle) to support both client and internal projects. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and structure status updates from project teams
- Monitor and track delivery metrics, timelines, and blockers
- Facilitate communication between development, design, and business stakeholders
- Support project planning, task prioritization, and reporting
- Drive and coordinate internal R&D initiatives
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or in a similar role in IT
- Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile principles
- Experience in tracking progress, preparing status reports, and monitoring key delivery metrics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
- English - Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience with R&D or innovation-driven projects
- Basic understanding of data science, AI, or software engineering processes
- Familiarity with Notion, Confluence, or other documentation tools
