About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and scale a webmail project in a fast-paced, technically strong environment. This role requires a hands-on PM who understands modern web technologies, can manage large teams, and actively uses AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of web projects built with PHP and JavaScript
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of 10+ developers, QEs, and stakeholders
- Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams
- Ensure clear requirements, documentation, and acceptance criteria
- Oversee integrations with APIs, authentication systems, and SSO solutions
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers
- Drive continuous improvement using AI tools for planning, estimation, reporting, and productivity
- Monitor delivery metrics, team performance, and project outcomes
Requirements
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
- Strong spoken and written English (daily communication with international teams)
- Solid experience managing web projects using PHP and JavaScript
- Good understanding of APIs, authentication flows, and SSO concepts
- Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more people
- Extensive, practical use of AI tools and AI-powered components in daily PM work
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints
Nice to Have
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Background in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience integrating AI features into products or workflows
