About the Position
An international company, which is transforming the traditional pharmacy industry by introducing an innovative platform that connects patients with doctors and pharmacy services online, is looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage a project to deliver the required functionality within a deadline
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team
- Conflict management
- Taking part in hiring and onboarding processes
- Execution of the full project cycle from requirements’ gathering to delivery
- Maintaining and further development of the project after production release
- Handling of project documentation
- Task management
- Deadline management
- Assuring of project quality
- Business analysis and review
- Resolving business issues
- Leading scrum process
- Reporting to stakeholders and management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
- Proficient knowledge of business analysis and prototyping tools
- Proficient technical writing skills and experience with technical writing documentation
- Good communicational English skills (upper-intermediate level)
- Experience with affiliate marketing business domain
- Experience with web-applications
- Work experience in product companies
- Result-oriented
- Leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
