Now we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Make product development transparent and predictable.
- Monitor team performance and help them achieve their goals.
- Maintain a common product vision among external customers and the internal development team.
- Contribute to the growth of the company’s project management culture.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of successful experience as a Project Manager.
- Working experience with mobile projects is a must.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for process automation.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Experience in managing projects with a full-cycle development.
- Deep understanding of SDLC.
- Deep knowledge in risk management.
- Learn quickly, navigate the situation, and find creative ways to solve problems.
- Ability to plan and visualize both plans and project results, reporting.
- Good skills in working with requirements and backlog slicing.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining development processes (Agile methodologies).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Prominent leadership traits.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in PO, BA, or QA roles.
- Experience in the Banking/FinTech domain.
