About the Position
Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Planning and Execution: Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling project work from initiation to completion.
- Project Plan Development: Forms the project plan with the project team, including the project schedule, budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan, and stakeholder management plan.
- Team Management: Forms and manages the project team to achieve project outcomes.
- Conflict Management: Manages conflicts in the project to improve interaction with project stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Develops, maintains, updates, and stores project documentation, budget, resource plan, and project schedule in information systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manages communications with internal project stakeholders, contractors, and negotiates contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Risk and Change Management: Manages risks and changes during project implementation.
- Project Information: Provides project information within the scope of responsibility.
- Team Development: Responsible for the development and motivation of project team members.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of experience in IT project management.
- Project Implementation: Practical experience in successfully implementing at least one project of the ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, Big Data, IoT, or Web/Mobile product class.
- Tender Management: Experience in organizing tenders, negotiations, and working with contractors.
- Team Leadership: Experience in managing teams of at least 5 employees.
- Project Estimation: Knowledge of methods for estimating project duration, budget, and resources.
- Risk and Change Management: Practical experience in managing risks and changes in projects.
- Methodologies: Proficiency in Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Documentation: Experience in maintaining project documentation in project management systems.
- Skills: Developed leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ability to make decisions, and work in a multitasking environment.
