About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to join EVERSTAR, the leading recruitment agency in MilTech for those ready to shape the technological future.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing marketing projects
- Coordinating cross-functional teams
- Managing project budgets
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Ensuring task readiness for the next phase
- Managing project risks
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with modern project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, or similar)
- Understanding of marketing processes: brand, content, design, digital, product marketing
- High level of organization, systems thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines, make quick decisions, and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with various teams and stakeholders
- Initiative, proactivity, and results orientation
