About the Position
LuxSite is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate teams, manage projects, and achieve business goals for our clients in digital marketing. If you are skilled in organizing workflows, have experience in digital marketing, and are eager to work on interesting cases, we would be delighted to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project implementation, timing, and budget.
- Negotiate with clients and contractors, manage risks and expectations.
- Assign tasks to the team and external contractors and monitor their completion.
- Prepare and control project documentation, maintain reporting.
- Analyze project effectiveness and provide recommendations for improving results.
- Monitor client payments for services according to contract terms.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, SMM, PPC, and targeting and their impact on business results.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Ahrefs, Semrush, CRM systems.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ability to communicate and effectively interact with creative teams, developers, and SEO, SMM, PPC, and targeting specialists.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly respond to client requests and needs.
- English proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.
