Project Manager

About the Position

We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, we want to hear from you.

As a Project Manager, you will be acting as a lead for the overall organization of the project. This will include project planning and execution, risk identification and contract control, and maintaining resource assignments within the project. You will also have the commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget with committed functionality.

Key Qualifications

• English level – upper-intermediate at least (both written and verbal)
• Proficient knowledge of software development methodologies (effective with both Waterfall and Agile approaches)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Readiness to learn
• Stress-resistance
• Multitasking

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to completion, for partner and customer software implementation and custom-build projects primarily focused on Microsoft product solutions and platforms.
• Develop detailed project task and resource plans, and lead assigned project teams to deliver agreed scope within contractual commitments, while maintaining suitable resource and project forecasting for the entire duration of the project engagement.
• Monitor and manage the progress of projects.
• Collaborate with virtual cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
