We are looking for a competent and talented Project Manager who will perform managerial activities to drive the project to the result.

Responsibilities

  • Being fully responsible for delivering quality and service level measurement, the financial performance of 1-2 projects.
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budget of the project.
  • Manage Stakeholders’ expectations; Manage changes.
  • Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities.
  • Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
  • Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base.
  • Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress.
  • Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads.
  • Team staffing, hiring, attrition control.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 10+ people).
  • Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Superior project and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Strong Risk management skills.
  • Experience in hiring people and onboarding people.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Being proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details.
  • Upper-intermediate+ level of English.
