About the Position
At HebronSoft, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine. You’ll be part of a fast-paced IT team assisting a diverse team across all organizations. Moreover, you will be a part of a company with social responsibility in its DNA. Social responsibility is a cornerstone of Hebron Soft, and we use it to change people's lives with Hebron Soft IT Academy for orphans and the underprivileged.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation to closure
- Contribute to social responsibility initiatives
- Collaborate with a diverse team across all organizations
Requirements
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level
- 3+ years of experience in roles within the agile software development environment
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects
- Expert in Project Management areas and methods, including Risk Management and Stakeholders management
- Proven track record for successfully delivering middle-sized projects in the IT field
- Product mindset and ability to contribute and shape the product development
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience in project planning, reporting
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
