About the Position
We are seeking a talented Project Manager (Magento) to join our team of professionals on interesting projects in the field of e-commerce using modern management methods, and participate in their improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collection and analysis of information about the project
- Statement of tasks in JIRA according to technical requirements
- Prioritizing tasks and agreeing on deadlines
- Tracking the terms and budgets of the project
- Regular provision of reports on the status of the project
- Interaction with the technical lead to validate estimates
- Prompt problem solving
- Control and management of changes in requirements
- Conducting a demo and providing intermediate results
- Launching the completed project into production
- Participation in the selection and approval of the team
- Team motivation
Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Experience in working with people
- Experience in managing a distributed team
- Excellent understanding of SDLC
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to see the whole picture and strategic thinking
- Ability to praise and motivate
- Experience with clients from USA and EU
- Experience in outsourcing projects and managing change requests
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Understanding of technologies used in the Web and E-Commerce
- Familiarity with the Magento platform
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience in planning, using Gantt charts
- Excellent experience with Excel
- Knowledge of English (Advanced)

- Technical background
- Experience in using Jira Plans
- Experience of speaking at conferences
- The skill of teaching others in the subject area
- Certification in the subject area
