About the Position

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Malaysia team to oversee small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of small to medium EPC/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.
- Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope.
- Manages multiple small to medium sized Services projects, and/or a small EPC project.
- Manages multiple clients and/or projects.
- Obtains new/repeat business on medium size projects; supports contract negotiations with client peers.
- Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology, or new clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering with PEPC Engineering License issued from BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysian).
- Typically, 12+ years of experience in utility Conventional Power Plant or relevant experience which includes detailed design, project management, and execution.
- Good command in English both communication and writing.
- Possess a good communication skill.
- Possess a leadership skill with an experience on supervisory.
- Possess a service mind with a positive attitude toward work.
- Passion and inspire to growth and learn a new thing.
- Able to work well under pressure.
