We are looking for a Project Manager for media advertising - a person who controls deadlines, budgets, and client expectations, understands the specifics of media advertising, and is comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ media projects simultaneously.
• Lead teams, monitor processes, and balance resources.
• Build client relationships: regular updates, meetings, identifying new opportunities, and increasing LTV.
• Notice risks in time and propose specific solutions.
• Prepare clear status updates, reports, and present media activity results.
• Occasionally support "warm" sales: advise clients on additional services when it's logical for their tasks.

Requirements

What is important for us:

• Experience as a PM / Account Manager from 1 year.
• Experience in media advertising from 1 year.
• Practical experience with DV360 and local programmatic.
• Experience with Google Analytics: basic metrics, understanding how data influences decisions.
• Confident work with Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs.
• Experience in planning, launching, and analyzing media activities.
• Good presentation preparation skills.

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Experience with Adreal / Kantar MMI;
• Experience with offline marketing tools (TV, OOH, special projects).

We Offer

• Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
• Flexible working hours with the possibility to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
• The ability to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
• Paid vacation - 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
• 50% compensation for professional training: courses, webinars, etc.
