We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Hague) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular status updates to ICT management as per reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business, ICT colleagues, and external parties.
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and distribute them.
• Support the Programme Manager (Stream Leader) in all project aspects.
• Follow guidance from PMO, Head of Team, and Stream Leader.
• Enhance project governance by chairing meetings and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Ensure up-to-date project documentation, including realistic plans and Gantt charts.
• Track project implementation within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Monitor project budget and resources, reporting to the Stream Lead.
• Communicate with Europol stakeholders and provide progress reports.
• Supervise external suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Support PMO in cost, timeline, and resource estimations for demand cycles.

Requirements

• Hard Skills:

  • 10 years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong experience in ICT management
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven Risk management capabilities
  • Proficient in Budget management
