About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager Middle to lead projects in our team, ensuring effective communication with clients and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Communication: Coordinating with clients to align plans, timelines, requirements, and budgets.
- Prioritization: Identifying and distributing priorities within the team working on projects.
- Team Coordination: Establishing and managing team workflows, including development, testing, and requirements handling.
- Specification Development: Crafting technical specifications and commercial proposals.
- Project Support: Accompanying projects through all stages and ensuring their successful delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Controlling team effectiveness and analyzing key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in time management and project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Development Stage Understanding: Knowledge of the stages of development.
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks for the team.
- Technical Insight: Basic understanding of technical processes or experience in IT.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organization, attention to detail, and systematic approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, be proactive, and responsible.
- Communication: Clear and persuasive communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Creative approach to problem-solving.
