For this pace, we are looking for a Project Manager who not only coordinates but is deeply involved in our processes and gets their hands dirty. This is not just an administrative role: you will live our tools and workflows every day, actively driving projects forward and taking on a lot of operational work-from planning to implementation. Responsibilities
- Project Steering: Manage multiple parallel projects from planning to delivery-with true end-to-end responsibility.
- Deep Involvement: Learn and work daily with our tools, systems, and AI agents.
- Hands-on Contribution: Not just delegating, but actively participating and delivering.
- Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration among the team, freelancers, and AI agents.
- Task Management: Structure, prioritize, and follow up on tasks-nothing falls through the cracks.
- Close Coordination with Management: Reporting, status updates, blockers, and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Make our processes faster and cleaner.
Requirements
- Experience: Project or operations management experience-ideally in a fast-paced, digital environment.
- Hands-on Mentality: You want to not only manage but also deliver and work a lot.
- Structured Work Approach: Very organized and self-reliant-you keep track even with many tasks.
- High Learning Readiness: Quickly get up to speed with new tools, systems, and AI workflows.
- Language Skills: Very good German (C1+), fluent English.
- Openness to AI-First Work: Daily use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and our own AI agents.
- Stamina and Pace: High responsibility, many tasks, real impact.
