We measure, manage and analyse energy and water consumption, and help property owners and residents to use energy more consciously and efficiently. To successfully deliver our technical projects, we are looking for a Project Manager who can maintain an overview, build connections and manage projects tightly from start to completion.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will work within the Technical Department and act as the linchpin between Sales, clients and external installers. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate technical projects from start to completion and monitor the schedule, progress, and quality.
Coordinate project progress with clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain close contact with external installers and ensure that work is carried out as agreed.
Organise and plan work and meetings for colleagues involved in various stages of the project.
Plan and facilitate kick-off meetings and ensure that all parties involved know what is expected of them from the outset.
Record process agreements and project data accurately and in a timely manner.
Supervise the installation and handover of heat meters and coordinate any necessary repair work.
Ensure a clear handover and proper completion of every project.

Requirements

You recognize yourself in this role if you:

Have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, and an MBO+ or HBO qualification in a technical field.
Have extensive experience of project management in a technical environment.
Have a good knowledge of central heating installation technology.
Have excellent communication skills and can easily switch between different stakeholders.
Work independently, maintain a clear overview, and are able to collaborate effectively.
Have a customer-focused approach to your work and are not afraid to provide guidance where necessary.
