Would you like to play a key role in NN’s digital future? As a Project Manager Broker and Internal Projects, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a modern IT environment powered by Azure Cloud, real-time API architectures, AI, and other innovative technologies. You will work at the intersection of Business and IT, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will build bridges between different teams and foster a culture of co-creation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from A to Z, from analysis through to successful delivery.
• Maintain oversight of priorities, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Ensure clear communication and transparent reporting.
• Coach and support stakeholders in developing effective solutions.
• Be part of the IT Leadership Team and actively contribute to the organization’s continued growth and innovation.

Requirements

• You are confident in challenging teams on both functional and technical topics.
• You communicate clearly and can explain complex subjects in an understandable way.
• You proactively identify and manage risks and challenges.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with ambitious deadlines.
• Experience in the insurance sector is an asset but not a requirement.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
