I am actively working with a nationally respected contractor looking for multiple mid-senior level project managers across the Dallas Forth Worth region to work on large hyperscale data center projects.

Overview

A leading national electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee low voltage and data center–related construction projects from kick off through closeout. This role is responsible for scheduling, budgeting, coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining full financial accountability for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Review contracts, scopes, drawings, and schedules at turnover
  • Oversee document control (submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, closeout)
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
  • Support field operations, manpower planning, and safety initiatives
  • Lead change order pricing and approvals
  • Partner with accounting on billings, forecasting, and collections
  • Maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of project management experience in low voltage construction
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and PM software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
