Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in marketing to join our B2C Marketing team, offering a challenging role in a fast-growing business group.

Responsibilities

• Project management within the B2C Marketing team
• Execution of tasks and initiatives requested by the Head of B2C Marketing
• Provide project management and operational support to Marketing Managers, coordinating project execution, task management, and cross-functional collaboration across their business units
• Task management in Jira and Asana
• Prioritization and coordination of project activities
• Control over reporting materials and deadlines
• Support of documentation processes and knowledge management
• Team operational support and workflow coordination

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a marketing environment
• Deep understanding of marketing processes
• Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Asana
• Experience in building new processes, resource estimation, project planning, risk and change management
• Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• English level B1 or higher
• Ukrainian/Russian native proficiency
