Project Manager (PM)

About the Position

Geometry Dash is one of the world’s most recognizable rhythm-based platform games, known for its fast gameplay, creative level editor, and massive global community. We are continuously expanding the experience with new content, creator tools, competitive events, and community-driven features.

We are now looking for a passionate and organized Project Manager (PM) to help coordinate development, manage creative workflows, and support the next generation of Geometry Dash experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate game development schedules and update roadmaps
• Manage communication between developers, artists, level creators, and community teams
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time
• Help organize live events, creator collaborations, and seasonal updates
• Gather community feedback and translate insights into actionable plans
• Support testing, bug tracking, and feature prioritization
• Assist in improving workflow efficiency across the team

Requirements

• Strong passion for gaming and online communities
• Previous experience in project management, game production, or digital products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Discord, Trello, Notion, or similar collaboration tools
• Understanding of rhythm games or platform games is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience working with indie game teams
• Knowledge of live-service game operations
• Experience with community management or esports events
• Basic understanding of game development pipelines
