About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager (PMP, Healthcare)/BA with 5+ years of experience in IT project management in healthcare to lead projects, ensure compliance, and manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with onshore clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project or ServiceNow for planning and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure standards and SDLC processes.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
Requirements
- Must have
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, in healthcare.
- PMP is mandatory.
- Prior experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly those involving IT infrastructure and the healthcare domain (clinical).
- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills with prior experience working with onshore clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ServiceNow).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
- Nice to have
- Working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
