Project Manager (PMP, Healthcare)/BA

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager (PMP, Healthcare)/BA to join our team in Noida, India. This role involves managing IT projects within a healthcare environment, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with onshore clients, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with project management tools and IT infrastructure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with onshore clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project or ServiceNow for planning and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure standards and SDLC processes.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, in healthcare.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly those involving IT infrastructure and the healthcare domain (clinical).
• Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills with prior experience working with onshore clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ServiceNow).
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
