Responsibilities

Project Management: You will be the head of an innovative project of the whole chain of stores aimed at increasing operational efficiency and obtaining a new service for visitors.
Team Organization: You will need to create and manage a dynamic team, involving professionals from different fields for the successful implementation of the project.
Stakeholder Interaction: You will communicate with various internal and external stakeholders, including the development team, marketers, and stakeholders, to ensure mutual understanding and successful project implementation.
Business Process Development: You will be required to create and optimize business processes related to customer service, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
Product Analysis and Optimization: You will be responsible for analyzing product results and implementing improvements to continuously enhance our customers’ experience.

Requirements

Experience in managing large projects in system companies.
Experience in product management, project management, or related fields.
Ability to effectively lead a team and communicate with various stakeholders.
Analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
Proven results of projects under your leadership.
