About the Position
Project Manager - Power Generation Services
We are seeking a Project Manager for Power Generation Services to join our team in Denver, CO or Rancho Cordova, CA. In this role, you will manage power generation facility projects, providing technical support and collaborating with clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple small to medium-sized services projects and/or a small EPC project.
- Manage multiple clients and/or projects.
- Obtain new/repeat business on medium-sized projects; support contract negotiations with client peers.
- Manage risks, including fixed-price engineering, new technology, or new clients.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience including new simple cycle and combined cycle projects, Combined Heat and Power, and other Boiler applications.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management with full responsibility for the outcome of the project.
- Strong familiarity with the full spectrum of project development, design, construction, and startup/commissioning lifecycle for power generation facility installation and modification projects.
- High-level communication skills to better lead and serve client and community stakeholders for projects.
- Certifications: PE, P.Eng, or equivalent professional license.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- This position is based out of our Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, or Sacramento, CA offices.
- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
- The position may require up to 25% travel to project and client sites.
