Responsibilities

AI-Driven Transformation
- Deploy AI and automation tools to eliminate manual overhead in project tracking, reporting, and workflows.
- Identify organizational friction points and deploy AI/automation to eliminate waste and accelerate delivery.
- Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate handoffs between teams and create real-time dashboards for decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools that could transform team productivity.
- Automate recurring reporting and workflow activities to free capacity for high-value work.
- Champion experimentation culture and serve as a change agent for AI adoption across the organization.

Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through delivery and go-to-market readiness.
- Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Build stakeholder engagement plans and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive alignment on prioritization through transparent communication.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate workstreams across product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders have visibility into timelines, deliverables, and key project milestones.
- Support collaboration between teams to maintain smooth handoffs throughout the product lifecycle.

Process Optimization & Operating Model Evolution
- Support the Head of Product Strategy & Operations to evolve the target operating model from discovery through GTM.
- Design and document end-to-end workflows spanning product discovery, development, release management, and GTM readiness.
- Identify bottlenecks through process mining and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Build repeatable playbooks for launches, beta programs, and feature rollouts.
- Create templates and procedures that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

Stakeholder Communication
- Translate product strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones.
- Present status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on objectives and drive consensus.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and change initiatives transparently.
Requirements

Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in project management, product operations, or program coordination roles within SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software organizations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML tools for automation or predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies with the ability to recommend and drive process improvements.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing project timelines in fast-paced environments.

- Exposure to product launch coordination or go-to-market readiness processes.

Required / Preferred Tools & Technologies
- Technical Skills
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Miro, or Confluence.
- AI & Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), AI-powered analytics/predictive tools.
- Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools used for project tracking and operational visibility.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to build dashboards and extract insights from complex datasets.
- Technical Skills
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
