About the Position
We are Everstar, an agency dedicated to helping private defense companies find talented individuals and bring about our victory.
One of our key clients specializes in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related equipment. The company has established and scaled its own production of several types of UAVs.
They are currently seeking a Project Manager (Production) with knowledge of electronics or experience in hardware to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities

Project Management:
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of projects in the field of electronics production.
- Developing and agreeing on a project plan, monitoring its implementation according to deadlines, budget, and resources.

Team Coordination:
- Organizing effective interaction between departments (design, production, procurement, quality control, etc.).
- Setting tasks and monitoring their completion.

Client and Supplier Relations:
- Communicating with clients regarding product requirements and specifications.
- Interacting with suppliers of components, monitoring delivery times.

Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards in electronics production.
- Implementing measures to minimize risks and correct defects.

Financial Control and Risk Management:
- Monitoring project budgets and managing expenses.
- Analyzing risks and developing measures to mitigate them.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Preparing reports on project status, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of production processes and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in project management (preferably in electronics production).
- Understanding of the processes of producing electronic devices and components.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical documentation.
- Knowledge of quality standards and requirements for electronic products (ISO, IPC, etc.).
- Proficient user of MS Project, ERP systems, Jira, or similar project management tools.

- Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
