About the Position

Project Manager R&D&I

At Sygris, we are looking for a person to join our R&D&I team with experience in project certification and knowledge of the different mechanisms of public administration.

Responsibilities

Company Knowledge Management

• Identification, approach, and cataloguing of the different R&D&I projects of the company.
• Alignment of projects with the organization’s strategic plan.
• Unify project lines and information (technical and economic) from the different areas of the company with respect to present and future R&D&I projects.
• Management of the information system that serves as the company’s knowledge base for each of the R&D&I projects.

Execution of Project Reports

• Write scientific/technical reports for the company, including research and execution.
• Coordination and execution of the technical and administrative follow-up of the different projects.
• Collaboration with highly qualified multidisciplinary teams for project planning, evidence gathering, and execution processes.

Research Tasks

• Identification of the main trends and innovations in the software sector with respect to information systems and new technologies (in particular Cloud environment, BI, and Low Code).
• Research and training to the company in the state of the art of different technologies.
• Research experience in technical subjects and familiarity with the standards of the academic world.

Public Administration and R&D&I

• Approach the relevant bodies of the Administration to obtain funds or deductions applicable to R&D&I activities (tax deductions, research personnel bonuses).
• Certification of R&D&I projects.
• Carry out the communication processes with the different Administrations.

Requirements

• Ability to anticipate the needs of the department.
• Communication with the rest of the organization to achieve objectives.
• High capacity for teamwork.
• Desirable – High knowledge of English (mainly written).
