We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Web3 projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technology projects, particularly in the blockchain or Web3 domain. This role requires a balanced mix of technical expertise and exceptional soft skills to manage teams and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Run several projects simultaneously
- Lead distant cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals
- Set up and manage clients’ expectations, providing minutes of meetings via email or Slack, regular status updates and weekly calls, reporting tools
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Define and control project scope, budget, and timeline during SDLC
- Utilizing Agile practices on the project and making sure that the team is following them
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction; surface growth opportunities and follow-ups
- Perform people-management basics: feedback, motivation, conflict resolution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing companies) in the position of Business Analyst
- Understanding of Blockchain principles, DeFi & NFT meanings, what are cross-chain communications, Ethereum, Polkadot & substrate-based chains, what is L2 infrastructure and what for, what are ZK rollups, and ZK in general
- Basic understanding of the crypto systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience of handling Requirement Management during SDLC
- Experience with Jira & Confluence
- Knowledge of the Documentation and Requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working over Presales (As activity between projects)
- Upper-Intermediate English
