About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead software development projects for our clients in Târgu Mureș, Mureș, RO.

Job location: Târgu Mureș (MBC Office – near Kaufland, C&A, KFC, etc.)

Type of contract: full-time
Responsibilities
As a project manager you will:
- Lead formed teams of developers with the goal to deliver the best software projects for our clients.
- Extend projects from design and development to production, following solid project management principles.
- Create and execute project work plans, and also communicate efficiently with the clients to identify the needs and evaluate alternative solutions, project status, etc.
- Maintain a balance between maintenance projects and new software projects.
- Actively participate in establishing business requirements, analysis, design, and development of complex software projects (especially web-based) along with the team.
- Fully focus your attention on work planning, decision analysis, and risk analysis, time and budget management, making sure that your team satisfies even the most demanding clients.
Requirements
- Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to lead people and your attention to details will make you a suitable candidate for us.
- Persistence and initiative.
- Strong project management skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Stress resistant.
Skills We Appreciate
- Experience in managing software development projects.
- An IT Diploma.
