About the Position

Through its companies, E-INFRA operates in areas such as energy, telecommunications, and civil infrastructure, and is also present in key areas such as energy production and green energy, energy distribution and natural gas, and telecommunications. The group brings together the activities of Electrogrup, Nova Power&Gas, Netcity, Direct One, and Wesee, companies active in the field of energy and telecommunications infrastructure projects. Alongside these, E-INFRA has been constantly developing and today has over 1200 employees.

At this moment, we are looking for a Project Manager to join Wesee, part of the E-INFRA group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements;
• Plan and coordinate the resources needed for projects, including technical teams, and monitor their availability based on contracted projects;
• Constantly monitor project progress, costs, productivity, and performance indicators, and identify measures to increase efficiency and profitability;
• Estimate project costs and contribute to the preparation of offers and quotations for new projects;
• Manage relationships with clients and beneficiaries, ensuring constant communication regarding project progress and efficient resolution of situations that arise;
• Coordinate field teams and provide support for resolving operational or technical situations;
• Ensure that project documentation, reports, and work situations are completed correctly and on time;
• Monitor compliance with HSE requirements, applicable legislation, and internal procedures throughout the duration of projects;
• Analyze the results at the end of each project from the perspective of time, cost, quality, and profitability, and propose improvement actions;
• Permanently collaborate with the Technical, HSE, Financial, Project Control, and HR departments.

Requirements

• Completed higher education; technical studies are an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role of Project Management / Operations Management or relevant experience in the wind industry;
• Experience in coordinating projects, teams, and operational resources;
• Good understanding of budgeting processes, cost estimation, KPI tracking, and project profitability analysis;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Very good planning, organization, and prioritization skills;
• Analytical thinking, results orientation, and good problem-solving skills;
• Leadership, communication, and client and team relationship management skills;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic operational environment;
• Availability for travel to construction sites and wind farms, depending on project needs.
