About the Position
Project Manager (Roofing Division)
- Location: Woodstock, Georgia
- Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage industrial roofing projects from planning through completion
- Oversee projects with annual workloads ranging from $8M-$12M
- Prepare estimates and proposals for upcoming roofing projects
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate roofing scopes with insulated metal panel (IMP) systems and related trades
- Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and quality standards
- Resolve project-related scheduling, manpower, and logistics challenges
- Provide regular updates and project reporting to leadership
- Position is based in Woodstock, GA, with monthly travel to job sites throughout the U.S.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial or commercial roofing
- Experience with cold storage or thermally sensitive roofing systems preferred
- Experience estimating and proposing roofing scopes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Willingness to travel monthly for project site visits
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of insulated metal panels (IMP) and roofing system coordination preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Proficiency in construction project management processes and documentation
