About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition to lead our international projects and ensure customer satisfaction. Join our team and contribute to the success of our clients by managing and executing complex SAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: You will be responsible for the contractual and technical leadership of our SAP Public Cloud projects, managing international project teams.
• Customer Support: Support and guide clients in the implementation of SAP standard processes and best practices.
• Team Management: Lead project teams or sub-projects in a multi-project environment.
• Project Success: Ensure the achievement of project goals in terms of time, budget, and quality, as well as project success and customer satisfaction.
• Project Monitoring: Plan, direct, and monitor project progress, create status reports, and continuously monitor defined project metrics.
• Coaching: Coach project participants in the application of project management processes and methods.
• Sales Support: Provide support and expertise in customer acquisition and presales activities (e.g., proposal preparation, sales pitches, tenders, trade shows).
• Knowledge Transfer: Continuously expand your expertise, train juniors, and contribute to knowledge transfer within our organization.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in classical SAP project management and PMP certification or equivalent.
• Project Management: Initial project management experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition (ideally with relevant certification).
• Methodologies: Very good knowledge of common consulting and project management methods and tools, especially in the SAP environment. Familiarity with SAP Activate as a methodology for S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations and Cloud ALM. Experience with agile project management practices such as SCRUM is ideal.
• Skills: Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, process knowledge, and industry expertise (e.g., Manufacturing, Automotive). Communication skills, customer orientation, and experience in contract drafting are equally important.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English.
• Personal Attributes: Initiative, decision-making ability, results orientation, organizational skills, assertiveness, and teamwork.
• Travel: Willingness to travel.
