Responsibilities
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager at Tieto Caretech, you will:
- Lead and deliver customer projects from initiation to successful implementation
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and identify the right solutions
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder dialogues
- Coordinate activities across customers, healthcare professionals, developers, architects, and other specialists
- Support customers in digital transformation and change initiatives
- Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the development of our consulting services
For Senior Project Managers:
- Lead larger and more complex engagements
- Advise senior stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of project management practices within the organization
Requirements
- Experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, process development, or similar roles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- A structured and proactive way of working with a focus on delivering results
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions
- An interest in digitalization and how technology can support healthcare and social care organizations
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
- Experience from healthcare, social care, or the public sector
- Experience working in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, information security, or healthcare processes
- Experience within Data Management, Development & Integration, or Application Management
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar
