Responsibilities

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager at Tieto Caretech, you will:

  • Lead and deliver customer projects from initiation to successful implementation
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and identify the right solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder dialogues
  • Coordinate activities across customers, healthcare professionals, developers, architects, and other specialists
  • Support customers in digital transformation and change initiatives
  • Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the development of our consulting services

For Senior Project Managers:

  • Lead larger and more complex engagements
  • Advise senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of project management practices within the organization

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, process development, or similar roles
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured and proactive way of working with a focus on delivering results
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions
  • An interest in digitalization and how technology can support healthcare and social care organizations
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

  • Experience from healthcare, social care, or the public sector
  • Experience working in a consulting environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, information security, or healthcare processes
  • Experience within Data Management, Development & Integration, or Application Management
  • Project management certification such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar
