About the Position
Idea Digital Agency, an SEO agency with 8 years of experience working with businesses in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA, is currently looking for a Project Manager (SEO). Our focus is not just SEO, but a deep dive into the client's business and a result that has value.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will ensure effective communication between clients, business, and the team, and also contribute to the development of internal processes and increase the efficiency of the teams.
Responsibilities
- At the start - team onboarding and support from the manager and team in adapting to processes.
- Supporting the client at all stages of cooperation with the company (correspondence by mail, calls, video conferences).
- Planning the team's working hours and workload.
- Holding quick meetings with the team to synchronize actions.
- High-quality project documentation management.
- Working with tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, Zoom, Worksection, Telegram, Loom, Sembly.
- Participating in evaluating the performance of specialists and forming recommendations for improving department processes.
- Reporting.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge and understanding of online marketing and/or SEO.
- English language skills at B1+ level (especially writing).
- Ability to express your thoughts correctly and clearly.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience working with time tracking tools.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Systematic, structured, and strive for continuous improvement of processes.
