Project Manager, Ski Resorts & Destinations

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager for Ski Resorts & Destinations to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. Manage projects, coordinate tasks, and advise customers on software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage various projects, primarily in German-speaking countries
• Coordinate and organize tasks together with other departments
• Conduct on-site customer appointments independently
• Configure and document customer systems
• Be the central contact for our customers
• Coordinate and document tasks, agreements, project progress, and the like
• Advise our customers on specific questions relating to the software and hardware we use
• Contribute and thus help improve processes and systems

Requirements

• You have common sense and know how to apply it
• You also have a technical qualification (e.g., in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or IT)
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high level of willingness to learn and initiative, are no strangers to you
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English – a meeting in English will be no challenge for you
• A friendly and professional demeanor is in your blood
• You're familiar with winter sports
• If the situation calls for it, you can improvise and, if necessary, even conduct a training session yourself
• Good communication skills are one of your strengths – you can communicate complex topics clearly
• You enjoy working in a team and sharing your knowledge
• A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel are also a must
