What You Do

As a Project Manager in the Social Domain at Centric Digital Government, you will be responsible for successfully realizing innovative IT projects, with a focus on the social domain. You will work on projects where the transition to SaaS and cloud solutions plays an important role and be a full-fledged conversation partner at the MT level.

You will work closely with fellow project managers and receive support from a buddy in the beginning to help you find your way within the organization. At Centric, multiple experienced Project Managers are active with whom you can exchange ideas and share knowledge. You will also organize, communicate, and monitor the entire project process and ensure that your team performs optimally. Thanks to your clear communication and analytical skills, you create clarity and support, from the project team to the management team.

• You set clear project goals and conditions and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders
• You are responsible for scheduling and managing consultants and organizing work meetings
• You motivate project teams and create consensus among clients and stakeholders
• You are responsible for achieving results on time, budget, and customer satisfaction
• You recognize risks and proactively manage them when necessary
• You work on projects where the transition to SaaS and cloud plays an important role
• You are an equal conversation partner at the MT level

Requirements

• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the social domain or at least within the government
• Knowledge of Prince2, Agile Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of the social domain, municipal government, and customer value strategies
• Analytical skills and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to switch to a strategic level and advise towards MT
• A self-managing, self-starting, and determined character with which you successfully execute projects

• A gross salary of up to € 5.500 per month, depending on knowledge and experience
• 26 vacation days and an 8% vacation allowance paid in May
