Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Tech) with 5-7 years of experience in Agile environments to join our tech team. This role involves managing multiple projects across various business units.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product and tech initiatives from planning to release
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for multiple projects and scrum teams, track dependencies
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and facilitate mitigation plans with stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product Owners to support effective, outcome-focused project execution
  • Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies across teams, promote Agile best practices
  • Collect and analyze metrics across scrum teams, see patterns and proactively act upon them
  • Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks and issues, act as a primary point of contact
  • Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure smooth and predictable delivery across teams
  • Regularly communicate delivery status to project stakeholders in a transparent manner

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of system architecture, high-level technical design, API integrations
  • Experience in effectively managing multiple projects in parallel, and dependencies between them
  • Hands-on experience in planning projects that span across multiple business units within org
  • Understanding of Scrum method and experience in managing multiple scrum teams in parallel
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documenting (both functional and non-functional)
  • Hands on experience in risks & issues management, including proactive risk identification, mitigation, or escalation
  • Ability to translate architecture/engineering discussions into actionable items during technical meetings
  • Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining and tracking a roadmap for multiple scrum teams
  • Ability to problem-solve, make quick and effective data-driven decisions, while taking responsibility
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing scrum team metrics to improve flow and predictability
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing), ability to proactively resolve conflicts
  • English language level is not lower than B2 (upper-intermediate)
  • You are attentive to detail, proactive and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
