We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Transmission Lines to join our team in Burlington, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects that have substantial impact within various communities.
  • Own a diversity of projects within the electric grid space including both innovative and proven technologies.
  • Actively promote the safety culture.
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services and/or EPC work.
  • Lead project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects.
  • Manage schedule, budget, and scope of services and/or EPC projects.
  • Interface between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ability to work in both a corporate and field environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • 7+ years of relevant industry experience or 7 + years of construction management experience.
    • Experience with transmission line projects.
    • Experience in multiple phases of project execution.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree.
    • PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
  • Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to utilize video/audio conferencing software tools for internal/external communication.
  • Travel to client sites.
