About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager for Transmission Lines to join our team in Burlington, MA, managing projects in HV, underground, and overhead transmission lines.
Responsibilities
- Execute projects that have substantial impact within various communities
- Own a diversity of projects within the electric grid space including both innovative and proven technologies
- Actively promote the safety culture
- Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services and/or EPC work
- Lead project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects
- Manage schedule, budget, and scope of services and/or EPC projects
- Interface between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ability to work in both a corporate and field environment
Requirements
- Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience or 7 + years of construction management experience
- Experience with transmission line projects
- Experience in multiple phases of project execution
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree
- PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments
- Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods of time
- Ability to utilize video/audio conferencing software tools for internal/external communication
- Travel to client sites
