Responsibilities

• Drive the digital transformation of our clients' IT environments.
• Act as the project manager responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all project deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration across teams and technologies.
• Align business objectives with project scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Manage and adapt delivery frameworks including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-stream deliveries by aligning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and synchronize business releases by establishing release calendars, milestones, and communication plans.
• Serve as the primary interface with client IM teams to validate platform readiness.
• Lead EIS readiness and CutOver planning, overseeing execution activities, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies.
• Implement and enforce formal validation processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in release management, ideally within large-scale digital transformation or post-merger integration programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Agile or SAFe certification preferred; additional certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in release planning, methodology alignment, and ensuring platform readiness across delivery cycles.
• Fluent in English (required); French language skills are an asset.
