YODEZEEN is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from the concept to implementation.
• Lead projects during the implementation stage.
• Maintain high-level communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
• Make decisions regarding project priorities.
• Initiate reports, team meetings, and schedule changes.
• Implement documentation standards and structure.
• Make project management decisions within the approved budget.
• Approve project schedules and changes to them.
• Represent the company in communication with clients, partners, and contractors.
• Define project priorities and allocate resources.
• Implement and improve project management standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in managing architectural projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Gantt charts, Jira, or CRM systems.
• Experience in managing project documentation (formats, standards, structure).
• Experience working with budgets, invoices, and contracts.
• Skills in risk and resource management.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
