Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and GitHub for project management
• Apply Scrum methodologies
• Communicate effectively and solve problems
• Manage and coordinate various project assignments simultaneously
• Work in a fast-paced environment with team members in different time zones and locations
• Accept ownership of the process and meet deadlines

Requirements

Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in a role of Project or Delivery Manager
• Strong tactical planning, strategic, and leadership skills
• Great communicator and problem-solver
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with team members in different time zones and locations, adjusting to cultural differences
• Ability to manage and coordinate various project assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines, accepting ownership of the process
• Previous experience with Scrum
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with software development
• Taking responsibilities of Delivery Manager
