Project Manager with Ukrainian or Russian language

About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager with proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian language to join our design teams in the banking industry. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of the Open Banking project in line with regulatory requirements and the bank’s strategic goals.
• Oversee all project stages: from goal setting and planning to final delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, legal, and marketing departments.
• Monitor task completion, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with external partners, API providers, and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in the development and integration of API solutions, ensuring security and compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project status and results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Proven experience managing projects involving IT teams and API development.
• Understanding of modern technologies and architectural approaches (REST API, OAuth2, JSON, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency is a must.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with digital banking or fintech-related projects.
• Understanding of Berlin Group standards (e.g., NextGenPSD2) and their relevance to PSD2 and Open Banking.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
