Choice31 is looking for a Project Marketing Manager who can systemically manage marketing projects and launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and control all stages from idea to results analysis. This role is for someone who combines strong project management skills with an understanding of marketing funnels, online product launch processes, and the operation of key marketing channels, directly impacting the effectiveness of launches and the development of the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing courses and launches of new ones: planning → production → marketing → launch → results analysis
• Formulate project plans, roadmaps, and keep the entire team within deadlines
• Coordinate a cross-functional team: content, design, marketing, technical specialists
• Control the quality of all results at each stage of the launch
• Conduct kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and retrospectives on completed launches
• Identify risks at early stages and promptly propose solutions
• Manage contractors and external specialists involved in the launch
• Participate in forming the positioning and value proposition of new courses with the product team
• Monitor the execution of the marketing plan by channels within the launch: Paid, SEO, Retention, SMM
• Analyze funnel data, track plan-fact, and respond to deviations in a timely manner
• Collect and structure market feedback for product improvement and subsequent launches

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project marketing management
• Confident work with PM tools: Notion, task managers
• Experience managing cross-functional teams: PPC, SMM, Email, designers, product managers, marketing ops
• Experience launching online products from concept to results analysis
• Ability to build roadmaps, decompose tasks, plan sprints, and monitor deadlines
• Risk management: ability to anticipate bottlenecks and minimize their impact on the launch
• Experience in vendor management: clear tasks, feedback, quality control
• Skills in structured reporting and communication with stakeholders (presentations, boards, status updates)
• Understanding of the full marketing funnel, from first contact to payment
• Experience in building marketing funnels with the team (webinars, autowebs, workshops, quizzes)
• Standard understanding of paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Retention, SMM), ability to set tasks for specialists
• Confident work with funnel analytics: able to read data, detect deviations, formulate hypotheses
• Understanding of product positioning and value proposition, experience in preparing landing pages and content plans

We Offer

• Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that, in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
• Flexible working hours with the possibility to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
• Possibility to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
• Paid vacation - 18 working days and 8 paid sick days per year without certificates.
• 50% compensation for professional training: courses, trainings, webinars, etc.
• Social package in the Cafeteria Plan format - 3000 UAH per quarter, which you can spend on training, sports, health, hobbies, etc. The company compensates 50% of the expenses, and the choice is yours!
