Job Description
As a Project Leader, you will drive optimal results for our clients. You will use your leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide your team. You will define the project's scope, approach, risks, planning, and costs. Additionally, you will set up the project organization, manage the project team, and sometimes also manage the client's suppliers. During execution, you will regularly coordinate with your client, monitor progress, provide financial guidance, and manage risks. You will promptly identify any deviations and ensure alternative solutions are in place.
The projects you will focus on have a strong results-oriented or tactical nature, so you will also handle project changes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. You will actively build relationships with your stakeholders and contribute to creating support for the project. You are skilled in communication at tactical, strategic, and governance levels. With your pragmatic and goal-oriented approach, you maintain a strong network, ensure structured work discussions, and provide adequate internal communication.
