Responsibilities
As a Gleisbau Project Engineer (m/w/d) in the Track Infrastructure department, you will actively shape the development of the region every day:
- Planning and execution of maintenance measures and construction projects on track infrastructure throughout the entire network
- Management of projects considering legal and technical regulations (e.g., BOStrab, ESBO, VDV)
- Communication with external service providers, authorities, and neighbors
- Ensuring compliance with budget, timeframe, and technical and quality goals
- Providing maintenance and inspection documents for documentation to regulatory authorities
- Independent collection and recording of data in a geographic information system
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree as Dipl.-Ing. or Master in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Geosciences, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in project management, planning, construction supervision, and construction management
- Proficient use of MS-Office, SAP, and CAD, knowledge of GIS and AVA software is advantageous
- Independent and goal-oriented work approach with results-oriented thinking and action
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and strong planning and organizational talent
