- Team Management: Lead an interdisciplinary team consisting of architects, engineers, and external experts.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
- Site Visits and Plan Implementation: Conduct site visits and ensure the correct implementation of plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Requirements
- Education: Completed studies as an architect from FH/ETH or equivalent.
- Experience: Several years of experience in leading architectural projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and common project management tools.
- Technical Understanding: Strong technical understanding and design talent.
- Soft Skills: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Resilience: High resilience and assertiveness.
- Language: Fluent in German.
