cbs Corporate Business Solutions GmbH is seeking a dedicated Project Leader for SAP S/4HANA Transformation Advisory. Join our team to lead complex transformation projects and drive digital transformation for top management.

Responsibilities

• Planning, Steering, Execution, and Leadership: Manage international SAP transformation projects.
• Coordination and Leadership: Lead interdisciplinary project teams.
• Innovative Solutions: Develop strategies to optimize global SAP systems.
• Challenge Handling: Identify and handle challenges proactively.
• Presales Support: Assist in presales and customer relationship management.
• Company Development: Contribute to corporate development and project management methodology.
• Proposal Creation: Independently create and handle proposals for future client projects.

Requirements

• Education: Successful completion of a university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Several years of experience in the conception, execution, steering, and leadership of SAP transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Knowledge: Cross-module SAP expertise and integration skills.
• Business Process Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in structuring and harmonizing business processes in industrial companies.
• Sales/Presales Experience: Experience in sales/presales is desirable.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
• Skills: Analytical and conceptual thinking, strong communication skills at all management levels in multicultural environments.
• Work Style: Proactive and a team player.
