About the Role
Are you looking to not only provide technical guidance to customers but also to manage projects holistically, build relationships, and develop them in the long term? With us, you will take responsibility for exciting customer projects around Microsoft 365 and Azure AI, lead project teams through complex projects, and be the central contact person for customers.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and manage customer projects for the implementation and further development of modern business processes based on Microsoft 365 and Azure AI technologies – from planning to successful completion.
- You will take on technical and organizational project responsibility, coordinate internal project teams and external stakeholders, and ensure transparency in time, budget, and quality.
- You will be the first point of contact for your customers, guide them through the project, identify development potentials, and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.
- Together with the customers, you will analyze requirements, prioritize goals, and develop viable project and implementation concepts.
- A key part of your role is the active development of existing customers: You will identify new needs, accompany strategic issues, and work closely with consulting and sales colleagues.
- You will support knowledge transfer, e.g., through workshops, alignments, and decision templates, and ensure that all stakeholders are well informed and involved.
- Change management is an integral part of your projects: You will accompany change processes, ensure acceptance on the customer side, and support executives and teams in the successful implementation.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in leading or coordinating IT, digital, or AI-related projects – ideally in the Microsoft 365 environment.
- You have a good technical understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AI technologies and can confidently categorize technical content at management and specialist levels.
- You are comfortable leading customers, stakeholders, and project teams – you communicate clearly, convincingly, and on an equal footing.
- You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even with parallel projects, and make well-founded decisions.
- You have a good sense of customer needs, think beyond the project, and want to actively contribute to the expansion and development of customer relationships.
- Teamwork is natural for you, and you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams with consulting, technology, and sales.
