CHINABRAND is an international consulting firm focused on combating global brand and product piracy, protecting intellectual property, and ensuring compliance and cybersecurity. For this, you will work on challenging projects in the areas of intellectual property, combating brand and product piracy, competitive intelligence, as well as compliance and cybersecurity – leveraging your business, legal, and market-specific expertise.
Responsibilities
- Independent Consulting and Support for Our Clients: You will take on project leadership with strategic issues in the consulting fields of intellectual property, market and competitive analysis, compliance, or brand and product piracy. You will work proactively on projects with a regional focus on China and Asia.
- Project Management: You will accompany projects from the analysis phase through conception to "Go Live" in close cooperation with our clients as well as internal and external partners. You will create project plans and meaningful reports. As part of the projects you manage, you are responsible for overall communication with all internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in IT/Economics/Law/Communication Sciences, Sinology, Asian Studies, or a similar field
- Professional experience in strategic corporate consulting, a strategy department, or in the areas of IP, law, IT, or compliance in the industry
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, independence, and initiative
- Experience in project management
- Asian experience as part of your studies or professional experience
- Absolutely reliable and meticulous work approach
- Fluent English and German language skills, ideally with additional knowledge of an Asian language
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Economical behavior, analytical and problem-solving skills, and great commitment
